I've got my feet in water, my face in the breeze and my backside full of splinters from my garden chair. Even with the frost bite, the wind burn and the splinters the Fibro is winning in the pain stakes. Typing this to tell you about the pain is painful. A never ending torture but at least I'm among friends. And at least it's a lovely day.

As for me im doing great well the best i can anyway Iv just had a phone call telling me someone is going to train me to fly and get me through the exams at no cost to me so yip peeeeeeee lol

Oh Terry that's great news and how exciting for you.

Good news is the best medication for Fibromyalgia, I've decided. When I'm happy the pain seems less.

You can probably tell the way I'm writing I'm feeling a bit better at the moment - reviewed my meds don't take in the day mostly at night and it seems to be working. I sleep better and don't feel as zonked in the day, only problem is I'm ready for bed at 10.30.

What has happened to Martin - hope he's OK, possibly his son is still poorly.

I'm not sure I'll make the end of the day without breaking down. The wife has put my meds out of my reach just in case At the moment I think she has done the right thing. Sorry I won't go on depressing you all. I'm not my usual jolly self.

Flying was ok today but very strange as one of my friends had a crash in his airplane yesterday so there was lots off health and safety officers about at the airport. So everyone was being exstra careful. so your in a sarcy mood well as long as your good with it i dont mind lol

Oh dear - scary moment .....

I'm in good form today don't ask me how, but strangely I've not had any pills so far today but had a small glass of wine at lunch so have been buzzing ever since.

Poor Marty's not good today - we'll have to rally round him ...
