When will I learn
Hi all
Thought I could be superwoman this week. One of the operatic companies that mum, dad and I belong to had their show at local theatre last week. My dad is their musical director so conducts show and mum and I run the front of house ie tearing tickets, showing folk to their seats, selling programmes, raffle tickets etc.
So been really busy all week and today I have really crashed, lots of pain and spasms. Guess I overdid it again. Oh well, just have to rest and take meds.
Hope everyone else ok
Hugs

Oh Helen,
Sorry to hear that.
But did you enjoy the week, even though you are paying for it now?

Hi Rae
Yes I had a great week, really enjoyed it even though it was a bit chaotic at times.
Was worth the pain I'm feeling now
