Re: SELF HELP GUIDES
I use to have Hydrotherapy and it was a great help to me and i feel the diffrence after a few weeks.
As for exercise i found it best to do little bits at a time to start and build up. I use to start with putting my arms out and bending down to the left then bending down to the right and then next was arms up in the air and sort off like stretching. The standing up right and one leg out the the other leg and i found it helps the body and stops it going stiff.
After that i went from sitting to standing but do it slow and standing to sitting after that wile sitting one leg up and then the other one it hurts to start but to start only do 5 mins at a time for the first week and build up to 10 mins 15 mins and so on but keep at it and it may just help you and you will find your not stiff in the mornings.

Re: SELF HELP GUIDES
This is good advice Terry
Come on - give it a try
If you can:- Hydrotherapy is an excellent and relaxing way of helping with the pain but you must ensure it is at body temperature - being too cold can make it worse.
