how much does it hurt you?
any ideas on pain scales? the true meaning of 1-10?

My doctor asks this every time I go - what pain are you today then (usually 8 which is pretty bad)
They also ask you at the Pain Clinic to rate in the same way 1-10 - I don't think I've ever said less than 7.

i think im about a four five constant with the odd seven so i should think myself lucky x

If I stand the room spins, if I sit I go to sleep.
I'm using my walking frame more and more these days, but I wont use it outside these four walls.
Thank goodness for the car - but even that's getting hard work these days.
I don't think I've felt this bad in ages, bloody MS, Rheum, Osteo and Fibro don't know which ones the worse but they're having a battle of their own at the moment so I'm leaving them to it.
