What bugs you most about having FMS
OK with me its the lack of energy, I can just cope with the pain and I know lots of you have it more. The need to rest plays the biggest part in my life!

Re: What bugs you most about having FMS
Hi Enya,
The most annoying part for me is constantly feeling spaced out and woozy. The pain never lets up you just have to get used it. I find that pacing myself, not overdoing things and doing an action list for the week helps me organise my day, housework, etc. this way I'm less likely to forget anything.

Here here Berni although I have to say I think I look awful at the mo, I have always looked tired anyway and the pain drains away the colour from my cheeks. I think people can see it and you do look different its just that you always look the same and they get used to the way you look. They dont want to see it they just think we are miserable. I struggle to smile sometimes and the minute anyone gets negative around me I run, Fibro or no fibro I just can not hack the emotional strain of bad news or sadness.

Fatigue !!! yes Fatigue all the way !!
I can and am living with the pain, well most of the time
of course with the aid of some pretty heavy medication
Still hurts, I don't know why !
BUT
What bugs me most is.
Fatigue.
I can,t do hardly anything anymore.
My Bum hurts from laying in my bed.
I have got so little social interaction I think I may forget how to communicate
Oh Allah I am so Pissed off with it.
Fatigue yes thats it
Peace Mr N Smialls
